Status: offline 		I am new to rock crawling and was wondering what is meant by a dig I see them on the transmissions and was wondering if anyone can help me with this question?????????? thanks

Status: offline 		A dig is used to disengage either the front of rear drive shaft from the tranny. Basiclly turning the crawler from a 4wd to a 2wd.

Except some people have it setup so that the rear doesnt brake or they can select when it brakes and when it freewheeles.
