Today I tried out the jet and started up the P-120, everything was good at start-up. But we tried to go full power and is seen that around 90,000 rpm, that a turbo boost kick in. This is the first time this has happen, what up?

Not exactly sure what you mean, but it sounds like you are experiencing the usual, non-linear throttle response typical of turbines....the majority of thrust in made in the upper 30% of the RPM range. Do a search on "throttle curve" and you'll see several solutions to flatten out the throttle response using a throttle curve and/or mixing in your TX.

JetCat has put in some new acceleration ramps in the software that improve engine response at higher rpms. On the ground or during takeoff, you will hear/notice this surge in the rpm range you mentioned.

I could see this happening, if I have upgraded the ECU. But I have not done any changes to the turbine.
