I'm looking for someone who makes a composite F-22 made for either a 70 or 90mm setup. Would prefer a dual setup...but single would be okay as well. I'm looking for all out speed, needs to be able to handle retracts.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you mean ejf . com? I've been to their site many times...the only F-22s I've seen are foam. I'm looking for a composite one and a little bit bigger than the SAPAC.
