Ok i just recieved my Ready to Run Nitro Gas RC Buggy Beginner Version, VX 16 Engine,AM Radio Fire Black .16 Engine, a couple of days ago, and i adjusted the car like the video said for break in procedures, and i had the car running on the second tank, and then i started hearing a clicking noise. First problem i noticed is that when you pick up the car it revs way up and the tires go mad nuts like its running at full speed. With me being a noob, i didnt know what to do so i left it like it was cause thats what the video says. Well now i have the clicking coming from the (i guess) throttle servo, where the gears spin in the box for the throttle next to the on/off switch for the radio. if anyone has any suggestions on what went wrong, or what i can do to fix it, i will be more than appreciated. like i said this is my first nitro rc and i would hate to lose it due to some error. The pic that i uploaded has arrows pointing to where the clicking is coming from, im not running the car anymore until i get some answer to what i can do to fix it.

Thanks,

Robert

you have to take it easy and not go full throttle during break in.

I know that little bit of info, thanks though, my thing is that with the car adjusted to the factory settings it wanted to run full throttle even without touching the radio. i got my breakin done and now when i give it about 3/4 throttle it starts to flood. what screw should i adjust so it will stop flooding?

i already bent my shock plate so now i have to order another one.

You should remove the air filter and look directly into the carburator. at idle your air intake should be about 1 to 2 mm of opening.

i guess my question should be, after breakin of 5 tanks, what should i adjusted my car too? After breakin i ran the car up and down the road at breakin settings and when i have the trigger pulled back all the way for 2 passes, it starts to flood and shuts off or i have to left off until it catches back up and then i can go again. sorry for being a pain in the butt, just want my car to run good and im a noob. lol
