Nasty sitch for sure. I'm using 4 of the 4600's with 2 turbo units and their Sonic charger. Ordered back in Dec 06 when they still had their sale pricing. Running on a Widemaxx, new Emaxx 16.8 and an old RC10 with a Velineon setup. About 250 or so runs on all packs with no issues so far. Hope they help you out with whatever is going on with your packs..

Update on my pack. It seems in my hurry to use these batteries, I should have secured them to my chassis better. I only had the pack duct taped in my Rustler( yeah I know, I'm stupid!). After a roll over, the pack fell out and damaged the edge on one of my cells. That's what made it lose voltage . Thanks to Snellemin for fixing my pack and getting me running again!
Moral of the story: Take the time to properly secure your pack. We all know that they are not the same size as other packs, but worth the hassle to have great batteries.

Three weeks ago I had several flights with a converted 62" lazy Ace with a 8s1p pack on a Scorpion 4025.
Yesterday I decided to cycle the batteries to see how they have held up.
I had a 19x10 prop that resulted in a 55A draw from the batteries. After 1 minute of running one of the cells popped and discharged its fluid.
I stopped the motor and replaced the cell. I measured the cells and found all of the other cells at 3.1 volts except one cell at 2.0V. I charged the low cell at 3A to 3.1 V then recharged the whole pack.
I replaced the 19x10 prop with a 17x10. The smaller prop drew 44a max on the motor. I ran the motor at 35A until it begun to lose power(1.5 min). Again the one cell was at 2.0 volts. I again recharged the low cell to 3.1v before recherging the whole pack at 3A. I again ran the pack until it begun to slow. This time it took 2 minutes. I repeated this process two more times after which the low cell no longer was different from the other cells and the run time had extended to 3.8 minutes.
I switched to a 10A charger. After charging at 10A until the pack voltage reads 28.8V under charge, I found each cell at 3.7 with no more than 0.01V differnce between cells.I repeated this cycle 3 times. The run time is now 4.0 minutes. After a run the former bad cell now measures better than the others.
Conclusion:
1) After a period of inactivity the cells should be cycled and measured to determine balence. ( A newly purchased cell has been inactive for some time)
2) A low capacity cell can be rejuvinated.
3) The cells respond better to 10A charge than they do to a 3A charge. (Perhaps the higher the charge rate the better?)
