so how is the belt cp all around, I have a blade cx2 and a cp pro, and I want to get something belt driven, people tell me that its soo much easier and more stable with belt driven then a blade cp pro, Im looking to buy my last heli for awhile, and I want something thats going to last the long run and be worth putting money into if I crash, And I was wondering about the belt cp?

Do you have your own radio or are you using the ones that come with the RTF's?

Are you looking for something RTF? What's your budget? If you want a 450 that will last a while I'm not sure that the belt cp is right unless you have less than $300 to spend. I'd go up to a trex 450 clone if possible with a better radio. Or even the blade 400, then you can control both the cx2, cp pro and blade 400 with one radio. OMG DID I JUST RECOMMEND AN EFLITE PRODUCT IN THE ESKY FORUM?????

Anyway...

Belt CP < $300 < Blade 400 < $500 < Trex clone

Just do yourself one favor if you do go with a Belt.
Before you spool it up even once, replace the ESC.
I had one. I had read all the bad things that can happen with the stock ESC.
I ordered a new one when I ordered the Heli.
The heli came in first.
On the second battery pack, and about 30 feet in the air, the ESC caught on fire.
The whole thing ended up a flaming pile of junk in the street.
It flew great till then though.

Oh. The new ESC showed up in the mail the next day.
Good luck to ya.
Let us know what you end up with

At one point you have the thing so far out there you cant even SEE it!
How can you possibly not screw up your orientation so far away?

i like my belt, came up from a blade CX and a AXE CP. a tip from me, be sure to check over the whole thing when you get. MAKE sure it is in CG. with battery all the way in the holder it makes it tail heavy, had to move mine forward. anyway, what i really want is TREX450 and i'm gonna get it one mod at a time.
