I got into rc plane about 20 years ago. Been away from it for about 16 years. I have a Hangar 9 Frenzy 100. a 6 channel fasst. Can I, and if so, how do I set up my split elevator. to mix or how does the dual rate work. Thanks

I believe you might not be able to mix split elevator on your radio if you are using 2 channels for your ailerons. Once you set your radio to FLAPPERONS then CH1 and CH6 are used for the aileron servos. Try to see if you can use CH5, mix it, Master is CH2 and use CH5 as the SLAVE. Not sure if this works. Also, I hope your RX is the plane one.

As for Dual Rates when you go into that seciton on your radio, the first set is for THROW ... then as you scroll through all the controls the second set is for EXPO. When you are in one of the DR settings, example ... CH1, you set using the switch, UP or DOWN for MORE or LESS. I hope this is clear for you.
