ok I finaly got my buggy out after 6 months of not runing it, I can't get the darn thing started, the fuel was stored in the basment, off the floor on a table, the engins not gumed up, I has a new glow plug, the OWB is not sliping, the only thing that I can think of is that the fuel went bad, but I dont think It should have , there was no condensation on the inside of the bottle,(bryons gen 2) it wasnt opend during that time ether.

I just replaced the pull starter with a tigerdrive, so could it be that its not spining fast enough?

its a macstar .28

anything else I should try?

I have seen glow ignitors cause the problem. Your plug might be perfectly new, but the glow ignitor is either not making good contact when its connected or the rechargable battery has lost enough energy over storing it that even with a full charge its not enough to heat the plug to get a start. My advice, pull the plug and make sure it turns bright orange with the ignitor on it. I was ready to ditch a motor one time that would not start after it lost some compression and would not start. Turned out my ignitor was not hot enough to start that motor. Dull orange wasnt doing it. Bright orange did the trick.

Did you try droping a bit of fuel down the carb and putting the airfilter back on? See if it fires up?

hmm, I wouldnt think the fuel would go bad like that either. Usually can store it for a long time with no problems as long as its sealed and temps are stable and no sunlight. Too bad you cant try that fuel on another engine you got. If its not flooded, then maybe your right about it not spinning fast enough? Had that happen to me during breaking in a new motor with a weak roto start battery. Wouldnt start for the life of me until I put the new battery in and made the difference.

replace all the fuel lines... they go bad too, and a cracked fuel line might not be visible, but will case many headaches....

it could be a number of things. is your car old as in 2 - 3 years. have you played with it a lot? maybe the engine is clogged. try going back to pull start, which i think works the best, and see if that works. try a new glow plug even tho the one you put in is new, you never know could be faulty. maybe u have had problems before the 6 months? thats why it was just sitting there and u forgot something broke and didnt replace it? try running it without an air filter and open the throttle with at least 2 pushes of fuel in there from the gas tank. fuel shouldnt go bad.. i had fuel sit in my basement for like a year and i just finished using it after that year it just sat there. make sure all the fuel is out of the engine and muffler shake it on its side to see if anything comes out. once there is gas in there roll it around to get the gas throughout the engine. or just try going to your LHS and ask them whats wrong.

Sounds like your rechargable ignitor, but who knows?? I have seen brand new batterys that dont ignite the plug enough on older motors to get a start. I know people love to make fun of traxxas, but I use their ez starter wand as my ignitor and it puts out about 1.7 volts measured at the glow ignitor wires. That is a bit more than any of your standard rechargable and regular c or aa battery ignitors put out. I just attack my wires off my ez starter to a standard ignitor and plug my 7.2 volt battery in the wand and its works.
