red man -> savage 25und a (6/27/2008 4:48:11 AM) hi i am looking into buying a savage i want the xl but its a little too expensive. so i found a savage 25 with a axis .28 in it not even broken in yet. my question is are the savage x pasts interchangeable with the savage 25?

rclugnut10 -> RE: savage 25und a (6/27/2008 5:08:51 AM) yeah but your better off just getting the X to start, i bleive some can be but the two may look similar but almost everything is redesigned for the X front and rear end (same exact things) radio box chassie plates so whats the same is motor plate and tranny, rclugnut10

Savage X .32 Axial, 3 Speed with the higher speed gearing installed. stock radio and servos, Proline Semi-Truck body and stock body other than that the truck is basically stock. Runs great!! I was converting it to a Street Savage, the only reason I am selling is because I am moving more into the racing scene with Truggies and buggies and the X just doesnt get used much anymore. Has the roto start attached but sometimes the button gets stuck and you have to just plug the battery in to start it.
