Hey guys, I have been waiting to buy a replacement Exceed RC J3 Cub Fuselage for over two and a half months now, it's ALWAYS listed as Sold Out and well as many other important replacement parts (like the battery almost 4 months). Every time I call or use Live Chat and ask about the fuselage, I get the same answer "four to six week", hmmmm it's BEEN almost 3 months!! This is getting really absurd. Are you guys going to carry spare parts for what you sell or not? When will the fuselage really be coming in, or should I just though the rest of the plane in the garbage and buy a different brand next time? The Exceed RC J3 Piper is a nice plane, but accidents do happen and a reliable source for parts is necessary. Best regards, Web

John Nitro Planes I don't have an order number, I've been trying to order the fuselage for two months now and the NitroPlanes site always shows "Sold Out" so there is no order button to place and order - even a back order. It's a very good plying plane, but the range is limited, so when my son got a little to far away, about 100 yards, it nosed dived into the ground - broke the fuselage in two places (nose and just behind the wing). Amazingly nothing else broke, except the prop. When can we buy a fuselage and how with no order button on the site?? Thanks

There are lots of complaints about RaidenTech / NitroPlanes and all the other AKA's on this and other forums. Must be for good reason. I have bought a NitroPlanes A-10 (which can't even take off in it's stock form), a FW190, a J3 Piper, an Ultimate Pipe (your RaidenTech site), an E-Sky Honey Bee King II and a lot of parts from your companies. That's a lot of money. But I doubt that you'll ever see me buying from any of your various company sites again.

I am also looking for a fuse, John. I have been pleased with the piper - it's a blast, but the learning curve often curves down - like a lawn dart. Not sure if epoxy will cut it this time, and it's been a bummer not being able to locate a replacement fuselage. Can you help me out? I sent you an e-mail while trying to post a thread here... sorry about that. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about my original plane order number?... because I don't know that. My printer was out of ink and I didn't print a receipt... The total with shipping was like $80 - I know that doesn't help. I haven't placed any other orders with you because the motor and fuse are sold out... - I guess I didn't need to tell you that... Thanks for replying so quickly. I'm interested in ordering a fuse (Item: 65A88-02_3388_Fuselage) and a 380 motor (Item: 3388-Motor). However I can do that would be great. Please advise. Thanks much.

I also have been waiting for the SOLD OUT sign to be taken down so that I can order a NEW FUSELAGE. I have been watching the website since June. I called support and was told it would be July or August but it seems that those months have never got here yet.
