result= AWFUL!!!
every penny of that 52 bucks shipped knock off was a waste. I'm goign back to plastic

Main blade grip comes loose and you can't tightening it without damaging the screw badly.
The tail for King 2 came apart in flight when I had every screw done with locktite.
That costed a brand new Hitech-55.
Blade tracking= awful out of track no way to fix.
Flybar holdeir, too loose.
durability, worse than the stock plastic.
Spindle is bent by a light landing/ landing to the grass field quickly at the emergency of lost control.

Flight stability, okay but maintance needed every half a battery or you'll have something flying out in the air.

DO NOT BUY KNOCK OFFS!!!!!!

I bought 1 for King 2 and 1 for Belt-CP
I wasted 104 bucks total, don't you make the same mistake.

Its true... Knock off are probably 99% complete junk. There is the odd guy that says his are ok but that is subject to evaluation. Maybe the guy is just odd or doesn't know what a good setup is.

I bought a knockoff for my Lama3 after I'd bought an Esky cnc for my K2. The Lama3 'upgrade' went on, barely, I spun up and couldn't get it off the ground and like homie here had to quit half way thru the first battery to tighten up the grips and the screws holding the grips to the shafts. Wasted about an hour trying to get it to fly... took them off and toss them in the garbage can. They were useless, good for nothing but bag weights in the garbage.

So like said... don't waste you money gambling on a knock-off being any good. You will likely waste you time and your money... and don't expect a refund either.

So how do you tell a knock-off or the real McDeal?? USUALLY the knock-offs are displayed in a group with NO packaging showing anywhere. OR are displayed as being in a baggie of sorts. This usually applies to individual parts as well. Ie getting a swashplate at a fantastic price.

Its definately buyer beware.

happy fly'n

Some parts are okay though.
Tail gear box for Belt-CP = okay but it's getting annoying cause I lost a crapload of screws and locktite ain't helping.
Swash plate, nothing can go wrong with those.
main blade housing, if you manage to have the flybar casing in it without breaking anything, it's okay.

The BEST way to tell if it's knock off or not is seeing if it's in plastic baggie or ESKY baggie.
I could've had one good geniuneCNC upgrade
WIth two of these which aren't worth it.
I'm a little bit pi$$ed off at my stupidity.

BTW, I have no choice than to buy a metal part for my Belt-CP now cause I upped the motor to 5000kv
org:3800kv * 10t pinoin = 38000kv on the main gear
up:5000kv * 9t pinion= 45000kv on the main gear.
It does sound very scary (espicially when I had the 10t pinion on) and plastic parts run out of tracking and almost look like they are gonna break.

so now i know not to use the knock-offs because with that money, I could have had something better.

back on plastic for King 2.
All stock electronics once again

Performance Scale 10 for the best 1 for the worst
Aluminum means knock-off aluminum

King2 Plastic 8/10
King2 plastic + aluminum tail gear 1/10
King2 plastic + aluminum swash 8/10
King2 plastic + aluminum main blade housing 9/10
King2 aluminum 2/10
King2 aluminum + plastic tail gear 5/10

Belt-CP plastic 9/10
Belt-CP plastic + aluminum tail gear 10/10
Belt-CP Aluminum... yet to know, I'm waiting for my electronics.

I have a knockoff cnc head and tail from ebay
After having screws work loose etc I ended out take the whole thing apart again (for about the 5th time) and cleaned out all the tapped threads and the bolts with auto brake part cleaner cleaned all the old locktite off everything, replaced the bolts and screws that came with it with longer ones where I could fit them then blue loctited every damn piece that could be screwed to gether. Let it sit overnite and put it back on.
So far NO problems except I did find that the biggest culpret was the cnc washout (replaced with plastic one) and the see saw on the head (attaches to the little "0" shaped linkage) can cause endless pitch problems if the screw is not reall tight also the two silver screws that go into the head and hold the flybar holder in place can cause you to have tracking problems that just cannot be corrected less the screws are tight and loctited.
Keep in mind that loctite does not work on loose or ill fitting parts or parts where you apply loctite to a screw or bolt and the insert it through a oily bearing! Parts must be prestine clean of old Loctite or oil that includes finger oil too.
Soft alum parts cannot take much torque as far as tightening the screws so clean everything and Loctite the heck out of it only pull screws up snug.

IMO... Its still not worth the money or effort to get the knock-offs. In the end they will cause you more greif and money. As when everything or a single piece flies off and you crash. Its actually much better and cheaper to get a better quailty product.

Even with simple things... like allen wrenches. I bought a cheap set from the local HW store here and I have rounded out the two keys I use all the time on my K2. They are cheap soft pieces of junk. The only way to make them better would be for me to temper them which I can do with my propane burner and a small tin of oil. But the fact remains... cheap stuff will cost you more in the end than buying a better product at the start.

but then this is just all my opinion. I won't buy cheap crap anymore. I'll wait till I have the coin and buy the better products. Money... I've forgotten what it even looks like.. maybe someone can send me a pic???

happy fly'n

Well.. Modifications done to Belt-CP knock off head and it's actually not too bad.
Correct blade tracking too.
One par that pisses me off is that I lost another ESKY servo and that costs me another belt and boom for the king 2. I'm gonna try to use stock belt on the 43t pulley.

you need to cut your boom down for the stock belt. I did it on mine just as a test bed thing, Watch your main blades are not making contact with your tail blades (oh well you will hear that if they do). My Hong Kong blades are a tad longer then stock Esky blades and they touched the tail blades.....just once BANG!
onger the tail boom is the better arm you have on the lever to control the tail.
BTW the trex belt is a little to long and it is also wider so it will rub on the sides of the boom...just in case you were thinking of making your own boom...Did that too. 3 diff belts, 5 diff booms , too much time on my hands. Running out of things to mod on.

Kentucky would be the only place to play that Fender Squire. Here in Cali. we don't put up with tunes about dying dogs and farms and losing crops....I play a 1984 BC Rich Mockinbird(Kerry King of Slayer's Axe) . Still has blood on it from a show I did in 1988 when I played with Exodus(Kirk Hammetts old band)...Metal heads back then were nuts! Throw the suicidal skin heads into the mix and the ambulances show up....Good ol' days, huh? Hehehe

Just having fun so no retort is necessary!!

How DARE you accuse me of owning a squire. Its a Fender telecaster custom with a custom matte black paint job,
