Well i took her for her first fligt this morning and hit the blades on the ground twice. Now there is a HUGE vibration at 1/3 throttle. I replaced the main shaft and that isn't it, and I tried new blades and that isn't it. I took it to 1/3 throttle with no blades and it is still vibration but not as bd because there is no load on the motor. Would the feathering shaft cause this? I don't have the tool i need to get to the feathering shaft but is there any way to get to it without the 5.5mm wrench? The vibration is SO bad it is hopping up off the table if i don't hold it.

That was my suggestion. A blade strike will bend the feathering shaft 90% or more of the time.

Jay,
While you're at it, order two of the 5.5mm nut drivers and make sure they are narrow enough to fit inside the blade holders.
Believe me, you will be an expert at changing feathering shafts within a few months. You'll feel like you are part of a pit crew doing quick change outs.
Save your old bent feathering shafts because soon enough you'll recognize the ones that can be straightened with a couple of pairs of neeldle nose pliers and a little elbow grease. Some can't be salvaged and others are super easy.

Best Regards,
Don

ok here's an update guys,
I have been on my third "flight" and I just CANT do it lol. I have ZERO control over this heli. I lift off and it comes right for me...it goes way left and it wants to go straight forward. I guess i need to tweek it some. It just seems that the forward and reverse on the right thunmb stick are unresponsive and the hli will not cooperate with my directions. I have failed to keep it in the air for more than 3 seconds. I need ALOT of help FAST hehe. I just want to be able to hover and fly around, i'm not even close to worrying about doing tricks and stuff right now.

Put on the training gear and practice just barely lifting off the floor. Don't rush it. I taught myself to hover with the HBK2 indoors. You can do it, just remember TIME and PATIENCE. Don't expect to be flying all at once- take it one baby step at a time.
