"Levels" are performance tests (Soaring Accomplishment Program Tasks) as per The League of Silent Flight.

No, I've never been to Peru. I've been to Hawaii, Panama in Central American, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Curacao, Mexico, Bahamas, Cuba, windward and leeward islands of the Caribbean, western Canada and other places. I have never flown models in any of these places, but I would certainly say that the islands of Hawaii have many great slope soaring sites along with good thermal sites, especially in the Big Island.

I have never flown RC outside of Florida; however, I have flown full scale sailplanes out of several areas of Colorado. The lift in these areas was fantastic, 500 to > 900 ft per minute as compared to 50 to 300 ft per minute in Florida. If the lift for full scale was great in the Colorado Mountains, it should also be very good for RC soaring. Maybe someone from these areas can give us some info of their soaring sites.
