I got a losi xxx-t mf2 kit and I have done everything except paint the body. I was thinking of a red and yellow paint scheme like the pictuer I attached. This will be my 1st body that I painted. So can I have some tips on painting, what to do , what to get, and how to do it? thanks

take your time and don't rush. Make sure when masking off sections, that it's sealed pretty well so no paint can seep underneath the mask. Also, check on youtube for xxxmain's "how to" videos, they're a big help.

I heard that you paint the inside of the body. Is that true?

So I paint the body on the inside? It just seems weird.

well, the body is clear anyway...

Keeps your paint job from getting scratched up. Seriously, youtube some xxxmain vids and you will see exactly how it works.

The videos on youtube of xxxmain were kinda confusing. So...

Do you have to use spray paint that sticks to the lexan bodies or can you use the normal paint for lexan bodies? And how do you get the paint on? Do you put it in a spray can or what?

Any paint that says it will work on polycarbonate(lexan) will work on the body. It will also say "water based".

Some brands put the paint in spray cans so you can just spray it on the body(like tamiya) and other brands use small bottles in which you brush it on or airbrush it on(parma faskolor). I suggest using Tamiya spray cans: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVPROFIL=&FVSEARCH=TAMIYA+spray+paint&search=Go
