Jets Over Kentucky was a huge success. There was unlimited flying for the pilots. In all my years of pattern, Jets, and others events, this was the best group of pilots I have witnessed. There were friendly faces all week. No complaints...only helpful suggestions. It was indeed a pleasure to host the event. River City RC (my club) provided the manpower to make this event a resounding success. I will do a follow-up later. Here are the results.

Jets Over Kentucky had 31 sponsors. I'm sure they are all pleased with the fantastic flying, and pilots attending this event. Pilots were very professional in the way they went about following AMA rules, and cooperating with the event staff. It was the event of my lifetime, and we look forward to having them all back next year. We are now changing the name of the event. It will now be known as "Jets Over Kentucky Week". We will begin flying on Sunday July 5th, and conclude on Sunday July 12th. Come join us next year for a full week of flying in Kentucky.
