Haha, good old IKEA.

What was the name of the chopping board?

Lars from Norway -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/1/2009 2:46 PM)

Thank you,dc2 man!I use a similar one on the MarderFocus,but that is the white one which i painted black.It is also a bit thicker

D_V: I guess you established IKEA?[:D]The norwegian (or scandinavian) name on the board is "Legitim",but i found it by searching for product # 901.317.75 on their website as the tag didnt say its name.Guess this product # is the same worldwide

sam123 -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/1/2009 3:32 PM)

Good work Lars, very creative.
Now that it doubles as a chopping board, you have a valid reason to keep it on the kitchen table [:D]

Oh man I can't wait to see this beast go!

Lars from Norway -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/1/2009 3:59 PM)

Haha!Maybe it gives me a reason to put it in the dishwasher too[:D]

true2dz -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/2/2009 5:36 PM)

That is an awesom build. And the body looks purrdy[8D]

Lars from Norway -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/2/2009 5:43 PM)

Thank you!Although purrdy isnt in my vocabulary i take it as a positive comment[:)]

Dirty_Vinylpusher -> RE: My chainsaw project (5/3/2009 5:23 AM)

Purrdy = Pretty

Think Cleatus the Hillbilly from The Simpsons.

Lars from Norway -> RE: My chainsaw project (6/19/2009 8:40 PM)

Some hop ups in the front[:D]Found out i had to make some suspension (a big struck of creativity came over me),the pics talks for them self.I havent bothered with bolting it all up yet as i have to adjust the angles first,i just put it together to illustrate it

govtech4 -> RE: My chainsaw project (6/20/2009 4:41 AM)

I am just starting my fabrication journey and am impressed to say the least,it gives me some more motivation,I am starting off with a 80 cc husqy chain saw engine , thx for sharing

Thank you guys!I think there will be some issues with bump steer as the geometry is a bit wrong,but i guess it will work out.

Dirty_Vinylpusher -> RE: My chainsaw project (6/22/2009 7:58 AM)

That's cool. Lars.
I'm gonna have to steal some ideas from that suspension setup....

That's a good start!!!

kingmaruirc -> RE: My chainsaw project (6/22/2009 3:20 PM)

Stealing can get you im real trouble. Especially if you don't know the concequences. So don't post comments like that without  concequences.
