I'm a YS fan so I'd go for the 63.

Let me explain why.........I had a Tracer kit for a short time but sold it before I got around to building it, but a 63FZ was slated for it's nose as well.

I had a 63FZ on a Cermark Javelin and it pulled it around with authority. The pump allowed me to put the fuel tank on the CG with no fuel flow issues. There are those who have had less than stellar luck with YS engines but they have always been great for me so take this for what it is...an opinion.
