My next heli is going to be a belt driven one, Im either going with the esky honey bee king 2 or the belt cp, is the cp worth the extra money or does the king 2 fly really good as well?

Id say it completely depends on what you want. It more or less comes down to what size helicopter you want.; The king 2 is very stable, and a bit more responsive than the belt due to its size. If you think you will need a lot of support then the king 2 is the way to go. I;ve seen multiple threads for the king that go on for a thousand pages or more. I Personally chose the king because there is so much user support out there. Good luck!

Don't know much about the CP other than what others have said. It being bigger will make it somewhat more stable to fly and handle.

The K2 is a quick and very nimble little heli. Like said... TONS of help, cheap to fix and maintain but needs some basic upgrades out of the box right away. Like a brushless motor and esc. After that everything else is really gravy. It will fly just fine with stock parts, other than motor ans esc, but you will want tp upgrade it as you get better at flying. There definately is a learning curve on this heli because it is quick but thats what makes it fun to fly...

Hope this helps some

happy fly'n

I have flown both. I own a King 2 and have had great luck with it. It does has its problems that need to me fixed but once that is done they are great. That being said. A friend has had 2 belt CP and if I was buying new I would go with it. The King2 actaully costs about the same when you add that you have to put a brushless it in it for it to do what it should. Going rate on the stock king2 motor is around 5-8 flights before it dies. The CP comes brushless. Having flown both for a beginner the Belt is a great heli. The king 2 being smaller is more nimble and effected by wind more. But if you plan on doing any indoor flying its small size pays off. Just remember to add around 40.00 to the price of the king 2 for a 3800 brushless and a speedcontroler.

If the wings are moving faster the the Fuselage its probably a helicopter and therefor unsafe.......
