Atul, I suggest you use 2~3% good quality castor for your engine as you are mixing your own fuel. The methanol may not be pure and may contain or attract moisture during mixing. The castor will save you some grief. Castor in this low percentage is fine and does prevent corrosion especially in humid conditions where you reside.
I used a 14x8 prop and was getting about 10k on 5% . Engine idles extremely well and provides unlimited verticals in my plane.I had a trike plane that had limited prop clearance, so I popped in a 110 that was lying around doing nothing and used low nitro.I wouldn't consider a YS with the limited fuel choice that you have, rather I'd go gas IMHO. Hope to get to Bangeluru one day and walk along Brigade street. Happy flying!

Togatoga: Good point on the 2-3% castor. The 14x8 turning 10K is encouraging. I suspect that with Zero Nitro a 15x6 will perform well enough with plenty of grunt for a 9 lb plane. As the engine runs in, it should open up. I've managed to find a supplier of good quality fuel in Bombay so if the classic 20/20 or any other blend is needed, it can be obtained. About Gas, that's always an option but it's more for larger planes. I plan on building a TopModel CAP 232 with a DA-50 or DL-50 in a while, but the YS engines are very neat. So for now I'll continue with the YS 110 on the 69" Yak. Thanks for your note!

Atul,
First: Castor in a YS is bad. It is a known fact with YS's that the exhaust valve will coat very quickly with burnt on carbon and cause problems. A YS is a totally different animal than a Car motor, Saito, or any other four stroke outthere. Second: Troy said his YS spins a 15-10 a little over 9,not 10,000 rpm. Third, down under does not run YS's. If you do not want to listen to good advice from people who know and run YS's thats fine with me too. You will lickely have a very expensive lesson with the YS learing curve. Mine peaks at 10,000+ but is richened down to 9,800+,depending on the outside temps. The 1.10S will never bee happy on 10%, and you will not see 9,400 on 10% either. I am about done talking about this subject too. You need to run the excepted fuel.
You have alot of what if questions, but do not seam to want to follow the recommended advice from YS users.

Motorman: I got the engine back from YS. There was no problem with it other than that I had put the backplate on incorrectly. They did not have to change any gaskets, etc.

Turns out that the plane I intended to put it on (with Zero nitro) had an unfortunate crash. So I've moved to 20/20 fuel (managed to source some pure Nitro finally!) with NO CASTOR (100% synthetic per your recommendation). I might add 2% Castor to the blend for flying but am not fully decided yet. I also got the Mobil 1 Synthetic to use as an after run oil.

You're right in saying that the engine is a lot easier to tune with 20/20 fuel. Starts without any problems and idles very well. After running 2 tanks at 4K RPM the engine peaked at 9,700 RPM with a 15x8, running quite rich. Since I am currently not running any Castor, I was a little apprehensive about leaning it out fully.

The engine also runs significantly cooler with 20/20 than it does with Zero nitro. It certainly is a lot more fun this way and I don't want to crash the bigger model I plan to put this on on the weekend (69" Yak) , so I'm afraid the Zero nitro experiment will have to wait for my new YS-63s that's still in the box .

Question: Should one use the Mobile 1 after run oil after each run or only if the engine is not to be run for a long time?
