I was recently able to stuff a OFNA force .32 into my revo with minor fab work with my Dremel. I wanted to keep the pull start but I didn't want one of those huge New Era mounts. So I cut about a half an inch out of the chassis in front of the tranny and re drilled the mounting holes so I could slide everything foward. I also had to lift the left side of the tranny to get the right mesh with my bell. For the engine mount I just used the traxxas big block kit which I had to cut to size, drilled two more holes in my crankcase to fit the mount right and used the provided brackets from the kit to lift the engine up a bit. The two biggest problems I have come across are the throttle mount and extending my rear driveshaft. Does anyone know if I can get a custom length driveshaft (the ones I make keep breaking) or is it up to me? I am up for ANY suggestions, thanks.

Thats a pretty nice build going there. Not to burst your bubble but you know that you could have just gotten extended rear a-arms and the pullstart would have fit?? LOL.. I would just take one of the outer driveshafts and cut off what you don't need. Then just put the rubber boot back on.

You gotta be kiddin me..where can I find these arms you speek of. and the outer shaft was the first thing I tried but I guess because I lifted the tranny it wouldn't fit. If these arms your talking about work, I might be able to put things back to normal and fit the outershaft.

The extended rear a-arms dont make hardley any clearence difference in that area, compared to stock arms.

how far up does your engine sit with that mount and how well does your throttle work? Also what kind of gears are you runnig? and does anyone know of a good big block pipe that would fit in the stock location or close to it?
