We've emailed Axel's in regard to shipping costs for one of the listed items, but no answer in nearly a week. Are they normally that slow in answering mails ???

I ordered 3 Tamiya sprues from them over a month ago. Last week I emailed them asking when they had shipped my order. They did reply, that the parts were on back order from Tamiya Germany and they had no idea when they would be in stock

I'm going to wait a bit and then I guess I'll ask for a refund.
