What should the HBK2 headspeed be on average? is 3200 too much for plastic (maybe why i cant get this thing to track)? If so, instead of changing hardware like a pinion, would be better to just lower it on my DX7?

WOW,

That seems awful high. Mine runs around 2100. I only hover and do simple circuits though.

I would say it's 2 fast...I tamed mine down by lowering my Throttle curve to 80%. I had at least 3000 RPM going before this and I thought my head was going to explode...No harm in experimenting. Just don't go so low that your Heli is bogging and too unresponsive...

I kind of figured that was high. Glad i bought a tac. Goes to show what an 11t pinion will do. But man is it responsive lol. I'll tame it down and see how my tracking goes then.

Esky 3800, 11t, 30a Dynam, Esky 1500 15c, DX7 is what I gauged it on. I tested 2 Trex 450se's as well and my headspead is faster than theirs, lol. Theirs were 2950 and 3100.
