so simple question hopefully a simple answer, will baja wheels fit a savage? will the 24mm hexes fit?

nope, baja hexes are 24mm

Yes it's possible don't know how they did it but here's a savage with baja wheels and tires.

I'm pretty sure the Baja has alot bigger axles so I don't think the 24mm hexes will fit right.
