Status: offline 		Probably not. The typical graphics chipset on a laptop is on the motherboard due to lack of space.

Status: offline 		I wouldn't recommend changing the card in a laptop unless you are proficient in working on computers.

It would depend on whether the chip is built in to the motherboard or if it's a card. Even if it is a card, you would have to find one with a identical ribbon cable.
