When I apply the brakes on my Futaba 3PM it leaves the car at wide open throttle. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is?

what about when you give it gas, does it stop?

Maybe you need to reverse the servo?

Check your brake mixing channel.

Just read the manual. It tells you haw to reverse servo setting for throttle/brake.

what happens when you PULL the trigger? if it applies the brake, then reverse your servo. If the engine revs when you hit the brake, but the brakes are applied, you f'd up with your linkages.

Hey guys I checked servo settings and they were good but what I did notice was that instead of using the servo horn that came with the Ace servos I used the ones that came with the kit and they stripped, thats what caused it to go WOT. Well I havent tried it again yet as now Im about to readjust my throttle/brake linkage so it doesn't hit they tank when I throttle it.

I had the same problem. You may just need to cut a small bit off the end of the linkages that are hitting the tank when your throttle is at full throw.
