Status: offline 		I have emailed both sales and support departments at Nitroplanes. This is the first time I have ordered an RC airplane for my son. I have a damaged part and have been unsuccessul in reaching someone that can assist me. If someone could get back to me with contact person and number that would be great.

Status: offline 		You can post this in the damaged shipping forum located here. You can also PM nitrostaff1. He is very helpful, but be patient. Another option would be to use the live chat feature on Nitroplane's website, where you can talk to a live custumer service representitive.
