Yikes. I bought a handfull for upcoming projects.
I hope all of these are just "over runs" or "discontinued"
as stated in the listings.

Do you have any info on the Q.C./inspection of these carbs?I would have hoped
the units that failed inspection would be scrapped,rather that grouped
and sold with the unused, but good stuff.

Had to rent a wrecker with a rollback bed, and used steel round bars kind of like the Egyptians did with logs rolling underneath those big stone blocks to get it in place.

Per Nitro Joes comments Its just a life experience, those overruns will simply not run a lot of the time, no way that I know to check if its a factory reject, although I did get into a batch that had red adhesive dots stuck on them. Those carbs did not run. Hey, sometimes they run great, it just spin the wheel on Ebay it seems. Good luck with your batch of carbs!
