Its a 25cc JF Jenn Fenn made in Tawain. I converted a bunch, they run good. Its actually a G26 copy , so you can get an RC Intake and other items for a zenoah and it bolts right on. Same with an RC muffler, just Get something that fits a Zenoah.

Prop hub is tricky, Its an m8x1.25 thread as I recall , but you had to counterbore the prop hub a little because an unthreaded portion of the crankshaft stuck out above the face of the flywheel. I can make one for you but I would want the engine to make sure It was done right. I have couple Zenoah RC intake manifolds left, and I can make the engine mount for that matter. I bought 24 of them and converted them over the course of about a year. Great little engine. Turned a 16x8 prop about 8000 rpm. I put a larger bore carb on the intake, one with hi/lo needles and an 11mm venturi. I used Tilloston or Walbro. The stock carb is not RC compatible.

Yes it should work, although you will still need to add the counterbore. Depending on the actual OD of hub, you may have to bore out the flywheel some to get it to fit. See the two tapped holes on the front of the flywheel? You might have to machine those bosses away partially before the hub will go down into the big"hole" in the center of the flywheel. Where did you get the engine? Are there more available? Thanks

I was hoping it would just thread on up to that black washer and take the place of the nut.

Here's a link to where i got it, i think he has 5 more. If you get one and make a prop hub i'll buy one from you.

Thanks
JG

Thats great!! When you get the prop hub figured out let me know what it will cost to make one and i'll send you the money. I might need a mount and one of those carb manifolds you have also. I appreciate your help..I don't have that kind of equipment.

Thanks
JG

Hey FlyRC.....I got my engine today it looks really nice, brand new condition. It looks like a few washers could be put on the shaft and the prop would bolt right on with the existing nut. Also it won't require a mount, there's 4 threaded bolt holes on the back that could be used with some short stand-offs. The only immediate need i think will be a new carb and the Zenoah carb adapter you mentioned. The existing carb has no adjustments and the butterfly is pretty stiff, almost seems like it was intended to run at idle or full throttle.

Let me know when you get yours, im interested to hear what you plan to do with it.

Thanks
JG

Hey JG,

I got mine also, they are the same ones I used to convert, so I know exactly what to do. I think you are going to find out that you don't have enough threads to bolt a prop on when you remove the black nut from the flywheel. I think you will need a proper prop hub. That and a bunch of washers dont look too good. So far as the engine mount goes its true you could bolt the engine directly onto the firewall, however, there is no good flat area for the bolt head to rest on. I guess its possible to run the bolts from inside the airplane, thru the firewall, an
