Hi everyone. Thanks for the thanks. There are many who work hard for the event and its worth every minute. Big thanks go out to Pete and Dave Malchione who seem to just have everything under control no matter how hectic things got. Unfortunately, I missed most of the Saturday show because I was out at the main gate with the Park Rangers from 6AM until about 3PM, but, I heard that there were 21 WWI planes that started out in the half time show. One plane went down due to battery issues and another plane didn't quite get airborne.....I didn't hear what the issue was. But, it must have been an impressive sight as I did see the awesome and inspiring sight of 13 WWI warbirds in the air at one time on Friday. The Sunday half time show was also very impressive and we even had a short and unscheduled low flyby of a L-39...but he only made a single pass. Big thanks to Mac Hodges who stayed on Sunday to perform his impressive B-29 routine. We've received some incredible positive feedback from pilots, vendors and especially spectators this year. Big thanks to all of the pilots who attended this year. You make the event what it is! I don't have a final total but I hear that we're up around....and probably over....the 200 mark. Best, Brian
