do i need to know the cc of my motor cuz i cant figure out how big it is, all i know is its a mucoloch r somethin, would yall say 44 by 23 be a good size

Inches....I think. LOL

Yea, knowing the cc of an engine before you make the hull might be the difference between being able to dry run or not. Any engine will push a boat in the water, just a question of how fast.

Snap a picture of your engine and post it, maybe we can figure out what size it is.

I'm sorry dude, I can't find anything. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say it's around 23-26cc, I which case the hull size would be too big.

23cc engine should spin a 14 or a 15 inch prop, possibly a small pitch 16. width of the hull generally is just a smidge wider than the prop is long.

I'd say 16x36 would be a good size.
