Yeah, so if I were a Ford (Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, etc) dealer who was contracted by the company to sell that companie's product, then after I RECEIVED that product, I put it in my shop to 'make it better', then AFTER I'M done with the product, the MANUFACTURER'S NAME is STILL ON IT. SOOO, IF anything goes WRONG with the modified product, then WHO is going to be BLAMED?? Sure, Willy is a heck of a 'engineer' and modifier, but Impact sells a product to customers without expecting a 'middle man' modification which puts Impact's NAME and REPUTATION in jeopardy. As I said, I have nine Impact trans and haven't had any problems. But if I did and someone had 'modified' it, the manufacturer's warranty should NOT be expected to be valid. I'm sure Willy will be able to buy Impact TUs and modify'em and sell'em to those who want'em. But, as I said, I'm just a 'dirt pounder' and not a 'battler'. So I'm happy with the stock ETO/Impact products. Mike (Old MSgt)
