I did not know where else to post my question, so here goes...

I am looking for roughly 1/12 scale RC construction vehicles, like excavators, cranes, front end loaders, dump trucks, etc. I know NKOK sells some items, but not all of what I am looking for, and I would prefer to stick to one scale. I found one manufacturer called Hobby Engine in China that makes 1/12 scale stuff, but cannot find any U.S. dealer who sells the products.

Does anyone know where I can get either the Hobby Engine vehicles, or vehicles made by another manufacturer here in the U.S.?

I also know about gardentrucking's site, but their prices are wayyyyyyyy out of reach for me at $5000 to $6000 per vehicle.

I was looking to spend about $150 per vehicle.

Status: offline 		The first name that comes to mind is Wedico, but you'll see that their prices are quite high as well.

Status: online 		I don't think you'll find them anywhere for $150. Cars are more than that and they have way less moving parts. Quality costs money.

Toy stores have rc construction vehicles, but they barely move under their own power.

excavator, crawlwer crane, wheel loader, mining truck, fork lift, crane truck

59.99 Euro or 69.99 euro with 11.30 euro shipping each, thats roughly $113-129 each shipped, it does not look like they got a whole lot of spairs for the construction stuff however so once something breaks it may be done for, of course if you are saving $5890 dollars per vehicle you can always have any replacement parts widdled out of billet by the local machine shop lol.

Thanks for the info. As you may have found out, it seems to be difficult if not impossible to locate a US distributor for Hobby Engine. Also, I have been looking for reviews on Hobby Engine products, but cannot find any.

Status: offline 		my buddy loves their tanks, thats the only reason I knew about podium, while they are not on the level of tamiya or Tokyo Murai they are decent quality and better than the $100 ebay rc tanks for sure. As far as I know there is no us distributor, he has only dealt with podium, he is pretty easy on the tanks so no failures yet other than a loose screw here and there.
