how much are you looking to spend on upgrades?

nimh batteries (not sure in pic if you have them already), ti turnbuckles, maybe better motor (stock one is rubbish).

Think about brushless if you have the money but will have to buy an esc, motor, servo and receiver.

Not looking to spend a ton more. I have a 6 cell venom nimh battery right now (1200). I am looking at getting the elite 1500 one. heard good things about that. As for going brushless, i would love to but dont have the money. I would like to upgrade to either a rx280 (mini baja) motor because they are cheap and better, or the orion baja.

Finally found time to drive the newly upgraded mini.... what a HUGE difference from stock.... The bearings and gpm shocks make it feel like a completely different truck...Couldnt be more happy. It is so stable in all terrain and jumps perfect everytime which will work out great on the track.
