I've recently bought a BT-24A (magneto version) to power my Rascal 110. It's my first gas engine and I have
some doubts about it's installation:

1) With the prop, washer and spinner backplate stacked together, there's only about 7mm left on the prop bolt to go into the prop hub. That's about 3 full turns of the bolt. Is that sufficient? I'm using a 16x8 APC prop and a 6mm spinner backplate.

2) I'm using allen bolts with 4 mm width and lock washers to bolt the engine to the firewall. Strong enough?

3) This engine has two round allen bolts to attach the prop hub to the fly wheel. Does it need washers? Because it didn't come with any, and looking at the pictures on fujis website it doesn't look like they've used it either. The thing is the user manual says you should use lock washers and flat washers with it. But then again the manual is a little confusing at times, for instance, referencing the EI module when this is a magneto engine.

Any help appreciated.

Status: offline 		1) Tighten the propeller well and you'll be OK.

2) 4mm bolts should be OK.

3) The two bolts do not use washers as they come from the factory.
