I found a track that races RC18's and the only thing that has to be stock is the 370 size motor.
What lipo would work with the stock esc and motor? and where would i go to get deans for the entire car?

I don't think you can run a lipo with the stock esc.. I could be wrong about that, but you should make sure before buying or trying anything..

The stock esc won't care what powers it as long as it is 6-8 volts DC or thereabouts.

well, I thought I read something in my 18R manual which said not to use a lipo with the stock esc.. but it makes sense that any batt should work as long as it stays within the power thresholds..

Voltage input: 4.8-8.5V
Internal resistance: 0.0045Ohm
Momentary load (1 second): 50A
Brief load (30 seconds): 30A
Continuous load (5 minutes): 20A
BEC voltage: 5V
BEC current: 1A
Frequency: 2.8KHz
