Embarassing battery question - 7/20/2008 12:42:18 AM

Status: offline 		I received a CX2 for Christmas last year and blew up the charger in short order by plugging in both the discharge and balancing tabs into the charger. I was able to charge the batteries on my brother's charger and run with no issues. I've learned more about lipo now and have an MRC Superbrain 989 and a TME XTR balancer that I use for the lipos in my truck. I've got a mind to charge the smaller lipos for my CX2 on the 989, but I'm unsure what connector they use. Any recommendations would be nice.

Status: online 		Are you talking about the balance lead or main power connector. The connector on the main wires is a JST connector, but I am unsure of what the balance lead is called.

Status: offline 		I was referring to the main power connector. The JST balancing connector works fine with my balancer.
