I am a new to the RC. I have a Walkera 22E Helicopter and the main motor died on me twice within a month. So I don't want to use brushed motor any more. Now I want to buy Esky Dauphin CoAxial RC Helicopter but I want to change the motor to brushless. It has two 180 motors running on 7.4V 800mAh Lipo. What kind of brushless motor and ESC do I need for that helicopter? Do I need any other accessories, like Y cable or ....?

I also want to buy a Exceed RC Accipiter Badius plane 3 Ch and it has 380 brush motor. What kind of brushless motor and ESC do I need for that plane? I have little knowledge about these things.
