Status: offline 		I recently inherited a YS63 from someone who has quit the sport. I built it into a Super Chipmunk. I am having endless trouble trying to run this engine. It will start and run smoothly for about 1 minute and then fuel starts to leak out of the carb and she cuts. Can anyone help?

Status: offline 		It is the regulator. Probably just out of adjustment. Try turning it in a little at a time until the dripping stops. If it still does it then maybe there is some dirt or something in it. Wehn you adjust the regulator, it will change the high-end and idle adjustments as well so always re-adjust them after each change.

Status: offline 		Yep, it's the regulator. If this is your first YS, it can be difficult to get a handle on the way the fuel system works. Check post #4 on this thread that describes in detail how to go about tuning a YS with regulator.
