Status: offline 		My YS110 would not start after I replaced the backplate and carb gasket. It will run only several seconds and quit. On top of my head, I would guess the disc valve may not be installed correctly (aligned?) as I did not pay attention to it.

Just wonder how the disc value should be aligned. Thanks a lot.

Status: offline 		When you remove the backplate you will see a triangle shaped opening, next to that is the fitting that the end of your crankshaft fits in.

Status: offline 		Thanks. You are right. The fitting on the valve should be aligned with the crankshaft. The engine comes live once the problem is corrected.
