How are we certain it was the Esky ESC that caused it? could have neen something else.

Bloody hell mate, thats scary. I see its the brushed esc too, I used the king2 motor in my HBFP for a while then all of a sudden it spat sparks out and made everything red hot. You don't think it could be the motor actually frying the esc?........nothin worse than the smell of burnin electricity, good save though, I would've just kicked the bugger out the door lol.

Because it burned off!!! He simply reached down and picked it up it looked like..?

The difference between the Esky and other ESC's when they fail seem to be fire versus a little smoke. My Hyperion motor finally failed, but not before burning out my ESC. When I tried a new ESC, I realized that the motor was at fault cause I almost lost another ESC from how hot it was....I have to take back anything bad i said about the Dynam 30A "if anything" for now anyway!!!
