Is there anything special that I should do to my Lipos when they are brand new?
Anything like -

Charge slow?
Cycle?
Limit power output? (drive slow)

And after the batteries are broken-in, is there anything bad about charging lipos at a Full 1C? Is there any benefit in charging them slower?

Thank you.

You should not run a li-po real hrad the first few cycles. Usually after about 6 runs they are ready to go at full blast. Charge/Balance all the time at 1C and you'll be fine.
