Ok, getting my new Slash next week and need to decide what batteries. Have been reading on these A123 set ups and have a couple questions from the experts.

1. What set up are people running or recommed running on the Slash with a 4600 Castle Creations brushless set up?
2. What kind of run times can I expect? (not as much worried about top speed as I am long run times).
3. What charger is recommended?
4. Any videos?

Thanks in advance everyone!

I run a 3S 2300 pack in my CC mamba max 5600 powered Traxxas Rustler.

I get approx. 8 min. run time or about the same as with 6S 3300 NiMH but a lot more power and much faster.

Charger depends on your budget and how fast you want / need to charge them.

A FMA cell Pro 4 will charge a 3S at 4 amps. in approx 30 minute .

A FMA Cell Pro 10 will charge them at 10Amps. in approx. 15 minutes.

A Hyperion DUO will charge twp packs at a time at 10A or 15 min. for the pair.
