Status: offline 		This is my first time tearing down the YS 140dz. I need to replace the piston ring and the main bearing. I understand the cam assy. has to be removed before the crank can be removed. Please tell me about the timing marks...where they are located and what I need to do during tear down and re-assembly.

Status: offline 		Take the head off, bring the piston to top dead center, remove the cam cover and make your own alignment marks on the cam and crankcase with a felt tip pen. Then reassemble. Make sure you clean first and not after you've made the marks.
