Just got back from test flying the Skymaster F-16 and MB-339, everything went well and they are both ready for Fresno.

Yup - 2 cherries well and truly popped today. Good job Dave !

BTW Dave - remind me to show you the video of the MB339 landing. I didn't notice it at the time, but Ian rushes up behind you and bends over, and seems to be very focussed on staring at your rear end. Can't for the life of me think what he was actually doing at the time.

Most likely it was a little of both

I had a vision last nite of two F-16's flying lead, followed by three A-10's! I wonder what it means?

Maybe DP & Billy can help figure it out at FRESNO!

The -16 flew awesomely, seemed to be very light on the sticks...and the P180 was off the hizzle. The MB had very scale takeoffs and has incredible presence in the air. Hope to be there Sat....

Heard that one before!!!!

Ouch baby....very ouch.

Just a heads-up for Fresno this weekend. This is shaping up to be a crowded show. If you have pop-ups in your trailer, dont throw them out because you may need it... especially if you are coming in late. We have people checking in that we haven't heard from in a while and some that we have never heard of! Also, if you are thinking of bringing ships for show and tell, you might want to re-think it... we may not have room for extra's like we did last year. Mark and I will be monitoring this situation as people show up. I'm not picking on Tam, just using Him as an example... we just dont have room in the pits for racks of airplanes. Bring what your your going to fly, and some beer for Mark and I, and we should be good )

Also, if you are bringing jet fuel, Plan on taking your empty cans home with you. Getting rid of 60 empty barrels of jet A is a real hazmat nightmare.

Stay tuned.

Matt

Well don't I feel STUPID! I've been planning this for the past 6 months based on the WRONG DATES! Thought the event was next week! Everything is scheduled for Lewis and I to arrive the 23rd. This is what happens when you pay too much attention to work and not enough on the important stuff .

What with the Fed meeting tomorrow it's again unlikely that I can make it. I'll try to come up Thursday nite, if possible. Man sometimes life sucks!
