Don't know about on-line, but there is a hobby shop behind the Sana Fashion store in Karama. It's on the corner of Sana Fashion Intersection, same building, but on the back side of the building.

There is also another store opposite Lamcy Plaza.

These two stores should be able to sort you out with a US Sport RTR.

If not, check Hobby Center in Dubai Mall. Just don't expect alot of after sales parts and service from them.

Here are some Google Earth Shots of the locations.

Good Luck.

Paul, this is what i understood, but the US sports had a 28 engine whereas Neo is 21. i couldnt find a real review on the NEo as its still new......and these are one of the basic kits and cheap as well..any suggestions..

A good .21 is better in a 1:8 buggy than a .28 IMO.

Unless you're talking truggy, I wouldn't bother with a .28

My OS Worlds .21 can pull most all stock .28's. A .28 also causes things to wear out a bit quicker on a buggy, like diffs, bearings, etc.

Then if you still want MORE power out of your .21.....get it modded...[>:]

Well, I've never seen nor driven one in person, so my observations are strictly based on the pictures available on Amain Hobbies.

These are all negatives in my book:

Not a fan of e-clips or philips head screws.
The muffler appears to be a 2-piece unit (never seen that before)
Engine is pull start....
Don't like rubber manifold / muffler couplings
The shock shafts don't have rubber boots
The shock towers (front and rear) look cheap and weak
The clutch is a two show clutch
Shock caps are plastic
The transmitter / receiver / servos are probably the cheapest available and probably won't last long at all.

On the positive side, it does appear to be a decent entry level vehicle and has a decent price. But you'll be breaking things pretty quick and will have to replace / upgrade sooner rather than later.

IMHO get a Losi 8ight 2.0 RTR you wont regret it!

its more expensive but you get a lot more for your money! plus ultimate heli has good spares supplies in stock!

Agreed if you want access to spares in the local market. Ultimate Helis has the best spares support I've seen in any LHS in Dubai or Sharjah....other than another shop that doesn't exist anymore..

You can also look into the Inferno VE- which is a brushless version of the Inferno ST.
I recently bought a used one & the power is insane with Lipo packs. Comes with a Orion 550 brushless motor & ESC.

Its available with Hobby Zone in Deira 04-2623400. Located in the service center compund behind the Mitubishi Al Habtoor showroom. Circs Dhs 1600-1800 RTR minus battery & charger.

Hi DXBdude, I have had my Kyosho Inferno MP7.5 for a couple of years and it is the same as the NEO apart from the fact that the new engine has real engine mounts where as the old version (like mine) bolts straight to the chassis.
After beafing up the diffs and installing a Futaba S3305 metal gear servo it is a very strong and tough buggy that will not give to many problems.
We have a forum here on RCU called "Inferno U.S sports".
You'll find all the info you'll ever need for the Kyosho buggy whether it be the MP777,MP7.5 U.S sports or just the plane Jane MP7.5(mk3)RTR.
As Tommygun already said, you dont want the GXR.28 engine, its crap, could'nt pull a duck out a pond. The GX.21 is a 3port engine that screams and its race legal, easy to tune and a blast when modded.
Shosk boots are installed in minutes and seems as how you'll be changing the oil in the shock you can install the boots at the same time.
Spare parts can be found on the net by going to WWW.INFERNOSONLY.COM. They have everything.
As for the C clips, they can also be changed for a threaded version and you can also find all the screws at your local hardwear store so you can choose any head design that you wish be it Hex head or Phillips or what ever.
The MP7.5 is a very tough buggy that will keep on going even when top of the plank buggies have destroyed themselves, I have seen it happen.

I second that. I also have a Inferno ST (truggy version) with a OS 30 VG with uprated shocks & a High torque Hitech servo. The chassis has managed to withstand great deal of abuse till date.
