I have a SPE 26cc that suddenly lost compression. I tore down the engine to send the piston/cylinder to Frank Bowman for inspection. The verdict was a scored cylinder from ingestion of some type of foreign material. I have a replacement cylinder and I'm putting everything back together but not sure about piston orientation. Does the arrow on the piston point towards the intake or towards the exhaust port?
