which is better, my school has a imac with os x leopard with 2 gigs of ram, and my pc with windows xp mce is 3 times faster with only 1 gig of ram. so which os do you like?

windows cause thats what i am used to, although i do like messing with linux and mac os

I disagree. Linux can be highly stable and extremely flexible.

My friend hacked a school laptop and installed "Linux Mint" on it somehow, it's pretty neat. How is Linux anyways?

I run XP SP2 with a Mac theme...makes it look clean and organized

I think Linux is amazing. Everything is free and ultra stable. Never crashes nor has crazy problems ever. If I need something such as a program its avaliable for free.

Linux is UNIX based (like Mac OS) and it is very reliable, so is used on many web servers.

My new PC will have Vista 32-bit. It will be shipped on 9/11 from Cyber Power.

Hey, thats where I got my PC from!

I have and always will be a Windows guy. I do use Linux though for our robotics team though.
