I am mostly into off-road but I have decided to try on-road. I want a kit. I have a radio+serxo+reciever from my evader and I want to go brushless right away. I will be driving in the street. I also hear that some guys go down to a rail-road station and race every sunday or so near me so it has to be race wortyh. I might also tape the wheels every so often for a little drifting ...IDK if all tourjng cars are 4wd but thats what I want......Thanks in advance

BTW-keep the cost under 200

Under 200$

you can look into getting a fairly nicely set-up TC3 maybe even TC4 both offer lots of options for upgrading and are pretty sturdy for on road in my experience.

Tamiya TT-01 may be an other avenue for you to look at.

I would strongly recommend the Hot Bodies Cyclone S. It comes as a kit, not just as an RTR. I would really recommend it since they handle excellently.

The TA-05 and the cyclone are nearly identical in performance. I recommend the Cyclone in this case because you said brushless. The TA-05 has very little room for electronics so if you are using a standard size Rx and servo, it will get pretty cramped in there fast. With a large brushless ESC, you will have a hard time fitting everything in.

cyclone S gets my pick,,, unless you find a Xray T2 R then that would be my pick instead.

i say the tc5 if you want something that will look good and perform. The Hot Bodies Cyclone S looks like it would work fine but isn't much to look at. Not a big fan of plastic parts. looks cheap.

Corally RDX. Not the phi, just the RDX. there are tons of used chassis out there for close to $100. the RDX can fit a 5000 lipo under the top deck, the diffs hold for ever and in general it is a great performer. if you are going to be just straight up street thrashing.... maybe an old t2 from x-ray.

Cylone S, upgrades are plentiful to get it like the TC version, if you decide later on.
