Status: offline 		I decided I need some flying practice so I tried to open my G3 which has always worked on this computer. Now it wants the serial #'s and then I get KEError 95020 which won't go away. I tried to re load the CD's but I get the same error code.

Anybody have any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with G3.

KEError 95020 most commonly occurs when someone attempts to run G3 from a limited access user account under Windows XP or Vista:

Remember that the G3 simulation requires administrative level access to open and launch successfully (this is a minimum system requirement). If you are currently trying to open RealFlight from a limited access user account, try switching to an administrator account under Windows and see if you get the same problem. If you are sure you're already running G3 from an administrator account, then my best advice is to contact Great Planes Software Support at rfsupport@greatplanes.com (or you can call them directly at 217-398-8970). While forums like this are fine for peer-to-peer advice and such, the best place to get technical support is directly from Great Planes. I'm sure their techs would be happy to help you iron out this wrinkle.
