Perhaps if you indicated why you are changing the motor, it would help.

Did you change the motor? How did it work out? What did you put in?

I went with a mega motors 16/15/8 brushless with a castle 25 amp controller. Using hecell 2/3 1100 milamp packs in both 8 & ten cell confgs. tried props (all APC) from 8x6 to 10x7 with the 9x6E being my prop of choice. lots of climb and speed with decent duration. 10 cell has more push but the eight will last a minite or two longer. I am getting between 6-9 minites depending on how I manage the throttle. This combo will push the plane out of site in just a few seconds and big loops (inside and outside) are accomplished for most of the flight. i am much happier with this setup than stock. i don't really see any need for a more power. the airframe is a bit draggy and i have noticed that it really doesn't pick up any additonal speed in a full throttle dive than it flys straight and level.

take care
